wide array really good breakfast yoga mats
I found the breakfast really good with a wide array of options. The staff were attentive and quick. The gym included weights and yoga mats for guest use. I used the facilities after sightseeing.
The bar area sometimes seemed understaffed, delaying service a bit.

Really good Stay at a Luxurious Hotel
fast check-in friendly staff buffet breakfast great location
I found the check-in process fast and friendly and the staff took my luggage to my room. i ate breakfast every morning. It was a wonderful buffet with live piano. everything was fantastic from check-in to the concierge to housekeeping the service was really good. the hotel location was great. I walked to the colosseum and trevi fountain.
i requested a refund but only received a response three days later. this was a major letdown as i was looking forward to using it.

my junior suite piazza view included plush furnishings and modern amenities. the bathroom had acqua di parma toiletries and soft towels. the room offered a seating area with comfortable chairs and a small table.

the concierge team provided assistance with directions and reservations. the staff offered personalized service throughout the hotel. housekeeping kept my room clean and well-stocked with fresh linens and amenities.

underwhelming stay, a let down
rude staff loud music
the room was acceptably clean .
I was disappointed by the staff at the seen restaurant. They were quite rude. there was also an issue with the music, which played loudly until 2am. this made it nearly impossible to sleep, since i was on the third floor.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The concierge was helpful and informative . The breakfast offered a wide ranging choice and the staff were willing to cook items to order.
The service at the rooftop restaurant was quite slow. Securing a table proved difficult, despite some tables being free. The swimming pool service was nonexistent, with waiters seemingly avoiding eye contact (as soon as I tried to wave them over).
